I ordered from vetsend.co.uk it turned up much faster than I was expecting. The dispatch email came through quickly too, and the parcel arrived in good condition, no issues at all. I needed the stuff fairly soon, so I was really glad it didn’t drag on for ages. Nice and simple really, ordered, dispatched, delivered. I’d happily use them again.

There was a small issue with my order at first, but support got it sorted quickly. I did have to follow up once or twice, but it all worked out in the end. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered dog food and everything arrived just fine. No issues with the product at all, and my dog was happy with it. The only thing that stood out to me was the shipping cost. For a smaller order, it felt a little pricey and makes me hesitate to order again unless I’m buying a few things at once. Overall, I’m happy with what I got, but the shipping left me feeling a bit unsure about ordering more often

Not totally perfect, but yeah, overall it was a good experience and I’d use them again...

Terrible customer service, rely on an automated system and no one carecares or bothers to help you if your order take 2 MONTHS and still isn’t delivered. I even complained 2 weeks ago and all the agent did was say your order is due on the XX date (same date as the automated email) but I could cancel if I wish but literally no follow up or even attempt to find out what went wrong! I then get 3 more delayed delivery emails and not one follow up, Horrendous! Don't bother with this company they are terrible!

The return process was easy. Simple. The refund just took a bit longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. Slow. But overall, it got sorted out

My order from Vetsend arrived looking pretty much as expected. The box had a bit of a dent on one corner, which made me wonder if I was being a bit too worried about it, but everything inside was completely fine and still sealed. No leaks, no damage, so I’m happy with it overall

No missing bits, no random substitutes, and no wrong sizes, which I’ve had happen with other pet sites before. Delivery was fine as well. I did check something with support and they basically said, “Yep, that’s the one you selected and it’ll be sent as ordered,” which was reassuring. Overall, really easy, no hassle, and I’d happily use them again.

I ordered a few bits for my pet the other week while I was doing one of those random late-evening online shops after making a cup of tea, and everything arrived fine with no real issues. The products were as expected, so I can’t complain about that. The only thing was the prices felt a bit higher than I thought they’d be, and once the delivery cost was added on, it didn’t really feel like I was saving much compared to just buying from somewhere else. Nothing awful happened or anything, it just wasn’t amazing value for me. I’d maybe use them again if there was a decent offer on, but probably not at the normal prices
